Gift Wrap
All Naomi Gray jewelry arrives with beautiful gift-ready packaging but is not gift wrapped. If you would like additional gift wrapping and a custom card, we will happily do that for an additional fee of $5.00.
 
Custom Orders
We are happy to accomodate any special order that you have. Let us know whatever it is and we will do our best to make it happen! Please note that custom orders are not eligable for returns.
 
Credit Cards
We accept the following cards as means of payment for purchases: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Purchases are charged to your credit card when you place your order. Please be sure to provide your CVV code and exact billing address for your card. Incorrect information could cause your order to not be processed.
 
Shipping
We offer a flat rate shipping method with USPS for $5.00 or you can choose expedited with USPS or Fedex All sterling silver and vermeil orders ship within a week. Please allow 2 weeks for 14k gold items, and please allow 3-4 weeks for all custom items.
 
Customers Outside of the United States:
We will happily ship outside of the US. Please email info@naomigraydesigns.com and we will set up your order.

Tax
All orders shipped within California are subject to a 9.25% sales tax.

Return Policy
Please note that custom jewelry is not eligible for returns (if you are unsure what constitutes "custom", please read product description and there is a note in there stating that it cannot be returned. Please return all other jewelry in original packaging and in original condition within 7 days from the date your item was delivered via USPS  for a full refund. Naomi Gray  is not responsible for packages lost in the mail and it is recommended that all packages are sent with tracking information and insurance. Please note the  return policy only applies to website orders, not items purchased through on of our retailers.

 Guarantee

We guarantee our pieces for 60 days from date of purchase against all manufacturing defects. If you need a repair after 60 days, we are happy to repair your piece for an additional charge (depending upon the repair) plus S&H. Send an email to info@naomigraydesigns.com with your request and we will do our best to help you.
 
Jewelry Care
We carry sterling silver, vermeil (18k gold-plated sterling silver), 14k gold, and white gold.
14k gold and sterling silver can be cleaned with a polishing cloth or jewelry cleaner.  Vermeil jewelry requires special care. Although, we use 18k gold plating over 50 micro inches thick on sterling silver, it is natural for it to  wear over time. The best way to clean and care for vermeil is to buff very gently with a 100% cotton cloth or microfiber cloth. Never use chemical cleaners on 18k gold vermeil jewelry. Chlorine will damage vermeil, and you should  remove jewelry before applying perfumes and lotions, bathing, or getting into a pool or hot tub.
